We should improve the ticket timeline so that it allows the user to see additional viewes based on the type of interaction.

  • All – shows a chronological timeline of all events including customer communication, time entries, products, status changes etc.
  • Discussion – shows the public technician comments and the customers replies chronologically
  • Internal – shows just internal technician notes chronologically
  • Time – shows Time Spent chronologically
  • Products – shows Products chronologically
