Allow video support for the contact app#33

As part of the contact app, we should allow users to make the video calls for support from the app.

The user would login to the contact portion of the app. Once in, they would see a “Video Support” button. The user can then touch connect button to “ring” an agent.

On the website, the technician would see this call and pick it up. They will join the call and launch a window that shows the camera stream shared by the user.
