We should implement mentions (@technician) that would send a notification to a technician. This would work similar to certain social media systems (like Twitter). When the user types “@” the system would search a technician based on the letters they type next. The name is auto-completed. When the comment is posted, a notification is sent to the mentioned user.

The comment can make more than 1 mentions.
